For this project, I designed a hotel concept that includes a restaurant with a complete interior concept, styling, atmosphere and visual identity. The building was originally an old farmhouse, so it was important to embrace and strengthen its authentic character instead of hiding it. The concept respects the history of the location while adding a modern, warm and inviting atmosphere. Natural materials, earthy tones, wooden details and a strong connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces were used to enhance the original farmhouse feeling.

The restaurant concept, Wald & Wiese, is located on the ground floor of the historic farmhouse and functions as the lively heart of the hotel. The design focuses on honesty, simplicity and quality, creating a place where hotel guests and locals can come together. The atmosphere combines rustic charm with modern comfort, making the history of the building visible and tangible in every detail.
